Meet The Attorneys

The attorneys at LEIP Law are very accessible and want clients to know all about them. This part of the personal touch that makes LEIP Law so unique. Here is a closer look of the team of attorneys that make up the LEIP Law firm.

Sherod H. Eadon, Jr.

Sherod belongs to a litany of associations and was the former president of the South Carolina Claimant Attorneys for Workers’ Compensation. He earned his Bachelor and Law Degree from the University of South Carolina in the state where he was born and raised. Sherod has been honored for his performance and that includes being the 2017 recipient of the South Carolina Association for Justice Mullis Award of Excellence. Sherod’s areas of practice extend to personal injury, auto accident, workers’ compensation, social security disability, and products liability.

Gary W. Popwell, Jr.

Gary was born in Opelika, Alabama, but spent his college years at the University of South Carolina, where he earned his Bachelor’s and Law Degrees. He specializes in personal injury, workers’ compensation, products liability, medical malpractice ad Insurance bad faith. Gary is a member of multiple Bar Associations and also served as the Chairman for the Torts and Negligence Section Committee as part of the South Carolina Association for Justice.

Christopher G. Isgett

Christopher’s practice areas are torts, personal injury, workers’ compensation, social security disability, personal injury and products liability. In addition to those duties, Christopher is currently an adjunct professor at the University of South Carolina School of Law. He is also the chairman of the South Carolina Supreme Court Commission On Lawyers Conduct. Christopher is a South Carolina native, who earned his law degree from the University of South Carolina and has a peer rating of 5.0.

Brett A. Owens

Brett is also a native of South Carolina having grown up in the city of Florence. Brett practices in an array of areas, which include personal injury, medical malpractice, workers’ compensation, products liability, social security disability and insurance bad faith cases SC. Brett is also a member of the American Association for Justice as well as a host of Bar Associations.

Zachary D. Linowski

Zachary is the youngest attorney at LEIP Law and earned both his degrees at the University of South Carolina. Zachary’s practice areas are personal injury, workers’ compensation, products liability, medical malpractice, social security disability and Insurance bad faith.
